WYKO’s front line consists of over120 strategically located distribution branches and 37 repair workshops, each of their team members intent on getting it right for you, first time, every time. They have to be flexible and prepared to go out of their way to help you, from Van Driver to Branch Manager. Teams rely on each other, communicate often and work closely responding with openness and integrity to your requirements.

On a wider scale, the team approach is still all important, within which individuals are tasked to support the front-line Branches in their efforts to support you. This theme runs from Managing Director to Storeman, all of whose vested interest is delivering a service which exceeds your expectations.

WYKO’s people at all levels are vital parts of the relationship with you and they ultimately are the ones who drive the relationship forward.

To this end, our in-house training facility is designed to enhance product knowledge, management skills and customer care disciplines and principles, which are all important when developing consistent, long term customer satisfaction

We constantly examine the possibilities offered through a differentiated approach, through new technology, extended product lines, new markets, changes to legislation and any other winning opportunities for both us and our customers. We also examine where we are successful and why, and monitor the performance of the Branch support service closely to ensure the Branches get what they need.
